Stagecoach Award for Excellence 2011
The Stagecoach Students Award for Excellence
Presented by Nigel Lindsay, Actor of Shrek, they were awarded as follows:

Gold Winner: 14 year old Lewis Kirkpatrick from Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
Nominated by Frederica Dunstan, Principal of Trowbridge.
Lewis is a joy to teach, he inspires others. He performed at the highly prestigious Bath Mid Summer Festival, where he received highly commended certificates in all the categories he entered. Examiners from The Performance Arts Awards granted him a distinction. His fellow students voted him the Best Actor. He is polite, passionate, 100% dedicated and a thoroughly deserving GOLD winner.

Silver Winner: 11 year old Emily Lee from Linslade, Bedfordshire.
Nominated by Wendy Ashman, Principal of Stagecoach Leighton Buzzard.
Emily is the little girl who shines at her Stagecoach School; she's naturally talented in all three disciplines and a good team player. Her commitment is second to none; she's the first to volunteer for anything. Emily never seeks glory; she just gives her best, always!

Bronze Winner: 16 year old Jackson Lawrence from Hawkesbury Upton, South Gloucestershire.
Nominated by Joy Maskell, Proncipal of Stagecoach Bath.
Jackson has attended Stagecoach since he was five and was one of the first students to achieve a distinction in a Trinity Musical Theatre Diploma. Joy asked all her students who they thought had achieved the highest standard in performance, behaviour and attitude. It was unanimous, and no surprise to Joy that Jackson received all the votes!
